A Camp in Poland

A Camp in Poland

This June, 72 children of war — a mix of Idea School students and children from Almaz Church — spent six unforgettable days at a camp in Poland. Accompanied by 14 devoted mentors from our church and community, the kids experienced something they haven’t had in a long time: peace. No air raid sirens, no explosions — just clear skies, laughter, and the joy of being kids.

The camp’s theme, “The Lost World,” led the children on a journey to rediscover the world as it was meant to be — one without sin, fear, or brokenness. Each day, through stories, games, and conversations, they explored what we’ve lost and what God offers us through Christ.

One of the most powerful moments came on the fourth day — a day of reflection and repentance. Many hearts were stirred, and many children responded to the call to follow Jesus.

We thank our friends from Poland and the US who made this trip possible. We are deeply thankful for this opportunity to sow seeds of hope and healing.
