This Easter, teachers and older kids from the Idea School Bible Club wrote and performed a short play that brought to life the moments of remembrance shared by Jesus and His disciples the night before the resurrection.

The entire school, including students whose parents don’t allow them to attend the Bible Club, had the chance to experience the deeper meaning of Easter through this thoughtful performance.

Later, the play was also performed for the children who attended Almaz Church on Easter Sunday, making it a powerful part of the church’s celebration for the younger generation.

Thanks to the support of our Bible Club friends, we were also able to purchase supplies for a meaningful Easter craft for the whole school. Instead of making bunnies or chicks, around 50 children created an “open tomb”—a powerful symbol of the resurrection. For many, it was their first time encountering this image and the true story behind it.
